If you are like me, and have P-I-C-K-Y kids you struggle to have something fun, yummy and healthy in their lunch boxes. Hopefully this week will help you have some fresh ideas for their little tummies in coming weeks.

Packed with Protein, fruit, carbs ( use a whole grain tortilla)...perfect combo to sustain their energy and minds for the rest of the school day. Pair with carrot sticks /ranch dip and skim milk.
What You Need
Make It
MIX cream cheese spread and raisins until well blended. Spread evenly onto tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge. Sprinkle with peanuts.
PLACE strawberry slices down center of tortilla; roll up tightly.
SERVE immediately. Or, wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

- For a Greek version, toss olives, cherry tomatoes, and cubes of feta cheese with your favorite vinaigrette, then slide the ingredients onto skewers. Make Italian-style skewers by tossing cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil leaves with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
**You could also use sandwich items or fruit to change it up a bit! **
